My state has constitutional carry, no permit needed.

If this passes I wonder if I could legally carry in other states if I have ID to prove I live in a CC state?

I’m willing to bet it will be like the current system. If you want to carry in non-CC states, you’ll need a permit.

You might want to apply for an out-of-state permit from someplace like Florida, just to have a permit to show.

A headache, but there may be officers who will just assume you have no permit, and not be up on your state’s laws. In that case, I would imagine, especially in a leftist place where nobody carries and the Mayor wants it eliminated, like NYC, their response would be instant arrest, and let the judge sort it out.
