Matt Lauer exposed himself to a female co-worker, and gave another one a sex toy as a present -- and that's just the tip of the iceberg -- according to dozens of current and former NBC staffers.
The former "Today" co-host also allegedly enjoyed playing the game "F**k, Marry, Kill" in regards to his female co-hosts at NBC. The bombshell allegations came out in a Variety investigation.
One woman says Lauer once delivered a sex toy to a female co-worker, and attached an explicit note ... detailing how he'd use it on her. Several accusers claim his office was ground zero for much of the sexual misconduct. For instance, he allegedly called a female employee into his office ... dropped trou, and flaunted his penis.

In all my years working in offices, I never knew an HR department to confront a boss who was accused of either sexual harassment or just plain evil. It’s so easy for the underling to just resign. And if you ignore the complaints, the woman will resign.
He’s obviously a jerk.
They don't believe any such thing. They are demonstrating they have the power, and that the young pretty girl must comply if she wants to remain employed.

There is definitely an underlying reason for all of these perverts getting, er, exposed.
After the Republican revolution in 1994, their belief that everyone thought as they did (or at least a very strong majority of “people that mattered”) was shattered, and they became openly, aware, partisan hacks. They deliberately traded credibility for political power. That lasted another 20 years, but their power was waning, with most of the power being focused on national elections for president and senators.
With the election of Donald Trump, their credibility account has been shown to be bankrupt. With social media and alternatives to the establishment media, such as Fox and talk radio, they no longer dominate.
Because they no longer dominate, the scandals they routinely were able to spike, cannot be spiked any longer. The dam has been broken. I do not think they will be able to stem the flood.
Let’s see if Kathie Lee Gifford has anything more to say on the subject.
I want to know if he ever condemned any conservatives.
As long as liberal and/or democrats are in power these people have nothing to fear as they are a protected class.
No wonder the media is fighting so hard to get the liberals/democrats back in power. As hard as the enemedia are fighting, there must be much, much more corruption to be exposed.
