Due process is appropriate in court but not employment. Because this is so high profile, I assume NBC had overwhelming evidence.

I understand that due process is a legal term for court but we DO want to see it applied in our lives in all sorts of venues:

I too WANT to assume that NBC had incontrovertible proof and damning evidence like stained undies or something but it doesn’t sound like it did. A he said she said and the she wins because she is a she. I don’t know: maybe he admitted it...all sorts of things could have happened...

Just thinking its all a little too pat. Not just Lauer: all of them. Tho NBC saves a huge chunk o’ change not paying his million plus salary nor other bennies.

I further agree with another poster that this is to keep the sex gossip going to ultimately hurt DJT. I hope he really didn’t grab’em...
