Killibrand might think Arkancide is a myth, but I don’t think it is. It’s possible she could have too much to drink at a Christmas party & get into an accident.It certainly could happen. Arkancide has a way of sneaking up on people. A word to the wise. Don’t get anywhere near Fort Marcy Park.
