I entered my teaching career after a 25 year career in software. I am determined to remain an “outsider looking in” on “BIG Education”. After 12 years I have reached a diagnosis. Students have lived their entire life with every outcome predetermined - success! Everyone gets a trophy, no one loses, everyone is passed on to the next grade - regardless of merit. It will get worse.
