PRINCESS FAUXAHONTAS CROCK-A-BALONEY
(to the tune of ‘Runnig Bear’ by Johnny Preston)
On the bank of the Charles River, Stood the make-believe Indian maid.
But down on the Potomic River, Stood the office that she craved.
Faux-a-hontas was her name, Such a sorry sight to see.
And the truth? It was not in her, Tho a President she wanted to be.
Faux-a-hontas loved Affirmative Action, With a love big as the sky.
Yes she loved the gubmint money, With a love that wouldnt die.
She couldnt make it on her own, To the Harvard job she eyed.
The way was just too hard she cried, But she got it when she lied.
In the cloisters of old Cambridge, She was safe from prying eyes.
When she tried to leave the college, They uncovered her disguise.
I am a Cherokee maid cried she, “See my cheekbones, hear my tale.
How dare you Deplorables doubt me!” But she whined to no avail.
The Deplorables did hue and cry, “She’s but a fake Cherokee!
She made it up, she told a lie, No indian maid is she.”
Yet on the river bank we see, Faux-a-hontas stand so bold.
“Its not a lie!” she screams her plea, “If you believe it when its told!”
Hahahahahahaha! Nicely done...I got the YouTube and read your post to the music...love it!
