He can say these things because he’s black. If any of us white people say this, we would be condemned as racist.
I wish rational high profile voices from the black community would collaborate with a national tour to our most afflicted cities. Unfortunately the really successful black people I know refuse to mentor or develop those who could do so much better. They enjoy the benefit of standing tall on the shoulders of others beneath them.
