Mueller is hanging by a thread. When the FBI informant Chambers testifies on Uranium One, and provides documentary proof that the FBI knew of illegal Russian activity but did not pass on that information to either congress or the agencies entrusted with approving the deal, Mueller will be finished. He should be, but he's effectively the AG for all such matters, and Trump's hands are being tied by Ryan and McConnell. Unless there's some new blood to the fight, the lines are already drawn, and Mueller is in the driver's seat as of now.
