These are the creepy Elsa and creepy Spiderman videos, right? I do not ever let my children watch YouTube on their own, just because of language and stuff, but I’d heard from some other people that there were some disgusting videos out there that looked like they were basically trying to trick kids into watching them, and then they’d show stuff that was really inappropriate for kids.
I ended up coming across one of the videos, eventually, and that opened up all the other ones constantly popping up into my “suggested videos” section. I had to go in and delete all my browsing history to get rid of them.
The place where this really comes into play is where parents are letting their kids watch YouTube Kids, and these videos are coming on and the parents don’t even know it.

And I thought prohibiting my kid from watching the bonehead parents that play nasty tricks on their kids was sufficient oversight!

Sounds like video pirated from Disney and Nickelodeon.
Its just dumb hysteria from media looking to stir things up. Some idiot commenting about a video with a girl in pajamas isn’t some child exploitation conspiracy. If the video is inappropriate in and of itself, take it down. If not...don’t. These advertisers need the internet more than the internet needs them but Youtube is part of the pearl clutchers so they play along.

Before YouTube removed them, these live-action child exploitation videos were rampant and easy to find. What’s more, they were allegedly on YouTube’s radar: Matan Uziel — a producer and activist who leads Real Women, Real Stories (a platform for women to recount personal stories of trauma, including rape, sexual assault, and sex trafficking) and who provided BuzzFeed News with more than 20 examples of such videos — told BuzzFeed News that he tried multiple times to bring the videos to YouTube’s attention and that no substantive action was taken.

That’s because YouTube SJWs were busy demonitizing the accounts of conservatives. They don’t have time to take down child exploitation videos.
Children should be out playing.
Too many perverts are in the tech industry and government.
This is a cultural problem as well, I see far too many parents from lower SEC regardless of race posting videos they think are cute of toddlers and young girls twerking or otherwise dancing inappropriately etc.
Sure if you’re only sharing this with your family and friends it might be cute, but not on the internet.
Of course I’m generally appalled at what people allow their young children to listen to and/or watch, media wise.
