I can't quite say I believe him, but I can't say I disbelieve him. I might even take a bet that the bathroom part never happened.
There needs to be an objective standard for behavior in the workplace / in public, and a time period to report. That may or may not be fair to those groped, but these anonymous accusations with zero evidence from 1000 years ago have to stop being reported as revealed truth. Even if credible, it's not enough of a standard.
I suspect accusers, real or not, will find that after a time period, this grace period for being believed no matter what evidence you have will end, and that this is 'ok, amnesty for those who legitimately felt, thanks to the Clinton's, that it would backfire' will last only another couple months.
If you didn't speak now, then you have to start abiding by some standards for reporting.
