Wrong. That’s not how it’s supposed to work. Each branch has enumerated powers under the Constitution. Congressmen, Presidents and Supreme Court Justices take an oath to uphold defend the Constitution. If SCROTUS justices were upholding their oaths, they would vacate the lower court ‘rulings’.
If we do it your way, the wrong way, the corrupt courts would effectively neutralize Trump as POTUS. Taking every executive decision through a laborious court process. BTW, that is exactly why these rogue judges are doing what they’re doing.

I haven’t recently. He led but the scotus does have an enumerated responsibility over inferior courts. And these inferior courts are interfering and usurping executive powers. So it would be the best route to go in my humble opinion.
