And it does not. We give power to nonsensical rulings like this unnecessarily, especially to those whackjobs in the Ninth Circuit.

Yup. The corrupt courts like the rest of the fed govt are in #resist mode to the Trump admin. I said at the time of the first unconstitutional ‘travel ban’ edicts that the courts would eventually ‘challenge’ every decision the executive makes.
I’m sure Sessions was the POS advising Trump to appeal these decisions through the courts where they don’t belong. By doing that it has only encouraged more of this crap.
