My father-in-law was a representative in Springfield IL and the stories I heard from him were pure disgusting. Part of the problem seemed to be that the legislators were away from their families and alone at night. Well, they were supposed to be alone at night. Maybe a very large apartment complex so that families can join their congressional husbands/wives during the week. And keep an eye on them!
