Don’t be so sure of that. The reason we have so many despicable congress critters is that the voters put them in office.
Congress is a reflection of those who voted for them. Unless, we as a people, practice a higher morality we can expect things to remain as they are.
Congress is nothing more than a grab sample (no pun intended) of the overall US population.
Congressvermin are much worse than average voters. They hide most of the crap they pull, whether sexual perversion, illegal or dirty money dealings, or whatever else they do.
If they did all that stuff openly and voters knew about it, Congress would be quite different.
He is not a reflection of the people of Ennis. He is a turncoat who pleasured himself out of a job and out of the respect people once had for him.
