Actually, with NN gone providers can give preferences to content providers they agree with and even charge more for content they don't agree with.

It will be interesting to see the weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth if some big ISPs throttle Free Republic.
Interestingly, on an earlier thread on this topic, many *supposed* conservatives opined that ISPs were, indeed, public utilities and should therefore be subject to being broken up or otherwise treated as such.
