Not doubting that at all. The spatial facility test apparently provides an even better correlation than IQ and has the serious advantages that it can be administered much earlier in a child's life and is independent of language, so the arguments over ebonics or non-native speakers are eliminated.
Spatial relationships are one facet of IQ. Mathematics is quite different as is verbal testing. Some people do well in one area and not another.
