Correct. And that is exactly what my post is saying...that despite the fact that the overall group IQ value of "blacks" may be a few points lower than that of the overall group IQ value of "whites", the nature of statistics says that there are always individuals that are higher or lower of IQ than the group average. Sooo....a "black" with an IQ of 130 has better performance potential than a "white" with an IQ of 100.
