I do believe, as does my shrink housemate, that her psychopathology is greatly worse than that of her useful idiot side-kick. Actually, I wouldn't put it past her to kill him if she thought she could get away with it.
However, they both use people as so much used toilet paper. They are both about as heartless as they come--she's just MORE heartless by a good margin. I think she could both kill her only child and laugh while she did it. She really is off the scale well into evil deeper than her pointed witches hat.
