This is so unfair to Al Franken! David Letterman admitted in 2009 that he behaved inappropriately with some female members of his staff. And Dave gets a PBS award.
Al just does a little groping, and he becomes a PBS unperson. So unfair.

Re Letterman:
There are a lot of women and children abusers still walking among us, being feted and celebrated for the power they used to abuse others. I noticed Berry Gordy being invited onto the AMA stage last night (I hadn’t known he was still alive) by one of his victims. He was known to be abusive to women under him and he sure didn’t protect one small boy in his care, Michael Jackson.
People, if you don’t talk, these predators will get away with it.
