Dowd cited the confirmation of Thomas to the high court as evidence that Republicans helped “empower” Clinton’s sexual behavior in the White House.
“We saw this in ‘91, the Republicans gave up their values in order to get Justice Thomas on the court,” Dowd said. “They basically called Anita Hill a nut and a liar in order to get Justice Thomas on the court.”
The dems tried to destroy Clarence Thomas the same way they are trying to destroy Roy Moore.
Anita Hill’s big ‘complaint’ was that Clarence Thomas said “there’s a pubic hair on my coke can” in response to finding a hair.
I am old enough to have been alive at the time where it was fashionably funny to refer to ‘pubic hairs’ as being funny, for about 6 month time period. I don’t remember who started the trend, but it was similar to “all your base are belong to us”. Suddenly everyone was joking about pubic hairs. It was also right after threatening to grab someone by the “short and curly’s” was considered funny, for a few months.
So... The democrats have ALWAYS been hypocritical slime balls.
