I doubt he died of natural causes as he was being hospitalized for something they will not disclose (he was ill in January as well).
AIDS maybe? Heart failure? Cancer?

natural causes simply means somebody didn’t off him...aids, failure, cancer or the cumulative effects of old age all would be natural causes
