us citizens cannot have sex with minors under 18 anywhere in the world even if it is legal in that country..federal law
That is excellent. I wasn’t sure what the laws were.
Now I’m remembering a politician (local CA) whom I knew personally, losing his job after he took campaign funds and used them for his trip to the Philippines to have sex with girls. Trying to remember if he faced criminal charges and I’m thinking maybe he did? Or maybe no one knew the ages of his sex partners? But his wife and kids got rid of him.
