Recently I re-read the account of Sharon Tate, who, 2 years before her death stayed at her exboyfriend, Jay Sebring’s house while he was away.
It was the same house owned and lived in by Jean Harlow and Paul Bern, when they got married. 2 months after marriage, Bern committed suicide in that house.
Sharon reportedly saw 2 ghosts when she stayed in that house. One, a man who looked like Paul Bern, who walked into her bedroom. It was so upsetting she ran out of the room.
She went downstairs, it was so upsetting, she then saw the second ghost; someone, she couldn’t say man or woman, tied up to the stair railing, with their throat cut.
I found the whole thing so interesting. Were the ghosts trying to warn her years in advance? Then I read on about the whole Harlow story. Very interesting stuff, if you ever want to read something.

My wife (literally “the girl next door”) and I, were a couple of 19 y/o kids from Ohio living in an apt in Hollywood at that time...and just 15 minutes from the Sharon Tate home and the LaBianca home.
Even without a TV to see/hear news coverage, it was talked about everywhere we went.
