How do you know draftees are not qualified? I was a draftee and worked up to E-5 rank before my 2 years was up.

Furthermore, many of the names on that 'black wall' in D.C. were 'draftees'.

I am not saying that all draftees are unqualified. But it seems common sense that the military should be manned by those who actively shoose to be there.

What about drafting cops or firefighters, or any other dangerous and important work?
