I can tell you that if this had been the policy when I was in high school sports back in NJ in the ‘70s, several guys I know would absolutely have “been a girl” for a day or so, just to get into the girls locker room. Of course, the girls back then would probably have beaten any such lecherous guy (otherwise known as a normal male teenager) to a bloody pulp, but that’s another story.

I cannot imagine how a policy like this WON’T end badly. First, of course, you will have all kinds of sexual assaults. Second, girls (actual girls, with 2 X chromosomes in every cell of their bodies) will simply not be able to compete with even an average “trans” (lech with an X and Y chromosome in each cell of HIS body). The effect of these 2 inevitable results of this policy will be to destroy girls’ sports, and also to traumatize girls.

I have a girl in HS right now, and she’s in a sports program, so I have a dog in this fight. I have told her that if anything like this happens, I’m to be told immediately. Shortly thereafter, several people are going to seriously regret the entire fact pattern, even if no one actually touches my daughter. Of course, I’m in Texas, so I don’t actually expect an insane policy like this to ever see the light of day. I’m incredibly glad to no longer be in the dark and fascist Peoples Republik of Neu Joisey.

In other words, actual girls "transitioning" to ersatz maleness will be allowed to take testosterone and other anabolic steroids. Those drugs would give the wannabe trannie girls a huge unfair advantage over undoped competitors. That's why steroids, and other performance-enhancing drugs are banned in competitions. These rules are likely to result in many female H.S. athletes taking P.E.D.s, just to have a hope of competing against all the males and doped-up girls. That might get them sports scholarships to universities; but, they would not be qualified to compete in the Olympics, etc.
