It’s the hypocritical vagina defense that feminism takes when called out.
To me, they simply undermining (or showing the hypocrisy of) feminism. Women need special protection, women don't need to follow the same evidentiary standards as men, a women's emotional harm or state must be considered above that of facts. In sum, women must be protected or have special status - just like children.
