And ultimately your motive is Social Justice. You cannot stand the fact that others might have more than you and you want to cut them down to size. And you want to use taxation at the barrel of a gun to do it.

That's a pretty ridiculous charge. There's no "fairness" in double taxation, that makes your argument one of "social justice". The fact that people are too lazy, unwilling, or can't move from high tax states is a problem, and that's what needs to happen here, plain and simple.
