RE: When Maximo Garcia heard that he was on a list of local drug suspects in Mayombo, he tried to clear his name with the police chief, explaining that he no longer used drugs and had never sold them. Four days later, the Philippine news site Rappler reports, a masked gunman shot up Garcia’s house as he and his family were eating lunch, wounding him and killing his 5-year-old granddaughter.

Yes, something similar happens a lot in the Metro Manila area.

However, Duterte’s supporters ( which there are millions ) claim that the killers are not under Duterte’s command but drug lords who kill those who squeal to the Police.

I am not supporting any Extra-Judicial Killings, just letting you know how they rationalize murders like this.

The problem in the Philippians is the problem we have here: The liberal courts are rigged to protect criminals. Changing the laws on the courts have no effect because the judges make up Constitutional law against the new laws. Extra-Judicial killings have a lot fewer safeguards, but when the liberal court system refuses to dispense justices that’s what you end up with.

BTW, this is the same problem Columba during the hight of their drug lord days. The liberal courts refused to do their jobs and spent their time protecting criminals. So people went around them and it was very messy.
