Waiting period on magazines? Come on.

But why not spend that scarce tax money on better mental health or domestic violence intervention initiatives regardless of the weapon used?

They want your guns because they want you subjugated.

Is it possible she is dumber than a rock? The rock didn't do anything wrong. Why you gotta be so mean?

Waiting period on magazines? Come on. I'd be curious to see how they'd implement a background check and waiting period on a product that can be ordered anonymously over the internet.

Zackly right !
States have given short shrift to mental health issues for decades.
This was sparked by a certain “Cuckoo’s nest” movie of years ago.

A seven day waiting period for silencers? You mean instead of the nearly one year that it currently takes? I guess I’m OK with that part. I was going to say “Dumber than a box of rocks” but that may be insulting to both rocks and boxes.

What good does a waiting period do for someone who already owns a firearm, other than to simply harass them?

Suppressors too? The world is more dangerous if guns make less noise?
Bathtubs don’t make any noise, and they kill hundreds per year.

I'd be curious to see how they'd implement a background check and waiting period on a product that can be ordered anonymously over the internet. The exact same way you order a firearm over the Internet. All Mags ordered will just have to be shipped to a FFL dealer and they will run the background check before handing it over to you.

Keep it up, keep it up, Progs. We’re going to have a war over access to militia arms, yet.

She probably has no idea how long it takes for any NFA item to clear for transfer, much less how long it takes for suppressors.

Yet.
To: Simon Green
They could call it the Sorry Sack Of Sh!t Act, and then the name would apply to both the bill and its sponsor.

Adding $30 (or more) to the cost of a $20 magazine. Yep. I get MagPull Gen 3 mags for around $12 ea. Around here the charge for the FFL transfer is $27 to $35. You would need to purchase several mags to amortize the cost of the transfer fee, but who buys mags singly?

How about 7 days waiting for each cartridge.
Would take about a year to accumulate a 50-round box of .22LR.
