Sure looks like the ‘RATS got the goods on Sessions.
As I am sure u r aware Sessions recused himself from anything Russia related and his deputy Rod Rosenstein was the DOJ official who appointed Mueller. The protocol is, as I am sure u r aware, for the AG or deputy AG to examine existing evidence and testimony and in turn to ask seasoned professional prosecutors in the DOJ if they believe based on the evidence that a special counsel is necessary. Hence Sessions letters to seasoned professional prosecutors in the DOJ this past Monday asking them whether a special counsel is warranted w respect to their opinions on Hillary’s prior investigation and the manner in which it was handled, The Fusion GPS Dossier and it’s tentacles, Uranium 1 and Comeys actions and decisions in several investigations.
I'm aware that the FBI used the dossier as the basis for wire-tapping Trump during the campaign and that the DOJ used the Fusion GPS dossier as the basis for appointing Mueller.

What is preventing the DOJ from investigating Hitlery directly? Why is a special counsel necessary?
Hillarys prior investigation
What prior investigation? When did the DOJ investigate Hitlery WRT her email server, Clinton Foundation quid pro quo, etc.?
...Comeys actions and decisions in several investigations.
Again, what DOJ investigations?
->What is preventing the DOJ from investigating Hitlery directly? Why is a special counsel necessary?
Because it’s a RE-investigation, and top DoJ officials are accused of performing a cover up the fist time through. Simple enough I would hope.
How can it be a RE-investigation when there was never a DOJ investigation in the first place. ("cover-up")
Dont know much about this story do you. I suggest starting with the Soloman articles on thehill.com.
I know enough to know that nothing will come of this RE-investigation.
That is the smart money for sure, since the swamp is still firmly in control. But I’m not giving up, ever. And it will be all uphill.
That is one nasty slice
