I have a huge problem with the car ride. She leaves at ten, he walks out with her. She says it was cold and her boyfriend wasn’t there. She obviously didn’t wait too long or go inside to stay warm and wait, she must have gone with him immediately. (To hell with boyfriend who was on his way). Now Moore who has come on to her for months has a chance and does he leave the restaurant, no, he takes her behind the building and after choking her (she had bruises she had to cover with makeup) and shoves her out of the car to the pavement and speeds off with the door still open. It doesn’t matter that she could have gone back into the restaurant for help, they must have seen him walk out with her, she could have told her boyfriend and she would have had physical evidence with the bruising, yet she says no one would have believed her.
Her recall of the shoes, brown hush puppies. And the car lock. It clearly says 2 door car, no back seat. I think. It was in the 90's but I met up again with the daughter of my childhood gs or camp fire leader. She had gotten busted in a sitng by an undercover cop for prostitution. She told of trying to escape once the jib was up in a local park, but he flipped the lock on his side, and she couldn't get out. I never controlled mine like that too much so don't remember how they worked. I did try to persuade her to clean up her act, haven't seen her for years.
I wondered about flipping her long hair and if restaurants didn't require waitresses to pin it up. I worked in food service in a hospital in the 50's, and we had to wear hair nets regardless.
I may think of some other points.
You hear this garbage so repeatedly, it becomes more believeable (which is the intention).
Two Roy's the same day in December defies credulity.
