CORNING, Calif. - Witnesses tell a chilling account of two gunman who opened fire at Rancho Tehama Elementary School near Corning Tuesday morning.
Coy Ferreira, whose daughter is a kindergarten student, was dropping his daughter off for class just before 8 a.m. when he heard what sounded like a firecracker. A school secretary ran out and yelled for the kids to get in the classrooms because someone was shooting at the school.
Ferreira said he ran into a classroom with 14 students. He said the series of shots came through the classroom windows, hitting one student. Ferreria said a young boy was shot in the foot and the chest. He said the child was alert and talking. He said another student in an adjacent classroom was shot under the arm. That child was also conscious.
Ferreira said there were two gunmen. He saw one of them, a man in his 30's-40's dressed in green cammo running away from the school after the shooting.

If I am reading the comments correctly, one suspect is dead and searching for the other.
By any means necessary.
Yep. And they will continue to turn up the heat thinking that the events will inevitably lead to gun control.
Yep. For the good of the many.
They are trying to grab our guns by any means necessary. Murdering kids is NOTHING to the Democrats, because their "mothers" murder their kids by the MILLIONS before they ever draw breath.
We're in an existential, life-and-death struggle for control of this country. May righteousness prevail and the wicked be destroyed, Lord I pray.
How, then, did the perp's have guns on school grounds? It's against the law!
It's also against the law to murder someone!

Among the dead are the gunman, who was killed by police, authorities said.
At this point the suspected shooter is deceased by law enforcement bullets, Tehama County Assistant Sheriff Phil Johnston told reporters. I know of at least three deaths.
Authorities said the shooting occurred around 8 a.m. in Rancho Tehama, near Red Bluff, about 120 miles northwest of Sacramento.
Johnston did not have a total number of victims, but said that a number of students had been medically evacuated from the scene. We have about 100 law enforcement personnel in Rancho Tehama right now with multiple, multiple scenes, Johnston said.

Mohammed? Achmed? Abdul?
No, it’s probably Chris, the Amish guy.
It's Corning. It's more likely Pedro, Felipe or Juan.
Mentally ill progressive with banned magazines and guns in CA. How would gun control have worked? Why didn't the cops come and check him out? Previous threats? Hell, they throw people with guns in jail for SUSPECTED bad thoughts in Ventura Co.
Corning is about an hour south of my house in Redding. My wife goes down to the casino at least two or three times a month.
My mother and brother live in Red Bluff.
I grew up 1/2 hour south of there.
Conservative counties.
Interesting patterns... shootups happening in these and against these types of folks in defenseless positions.
I am certain connections exist, they either haven’t been found or deep state is turning a blind eye.
I know a lot of churches, for instance, are forming (or have had in place for years) security teams with plans. Not every target is going to be compliant.
No enhanced sentencing for gun crimes and you can now WILLFULLY give somebody AIDS and it’s no longer a felony.
I wonder when the state of Jefferson is going to secede from Californication?
This isnt America anymore. Its a 5th world Banana Republic. Jamaica is a safer country.
A second child and a female adult were shot in a truck, authorities said. According to police, it appears that the shooter was randomly picking targets.
