If the Senate refuses to seat Moore when elected, THAT should be the final straw which starts the next civil war.
Read Article 5 of the U. S. Constitution. Not only can they kick Moore out with two-thirds of senators voting aye, but the language seems to indicate they could refuse to seat Moore.
... they CAN kick him out. See Article 1 Section 5 of the US Constitution. They absolutely can expel him from the US Senate. Just needs 66 votes, and they've already got 40+ (Demonrats). You don't think 26 RINO GOPe types won't vote to remove Alabama's elected Senator. Sure they would.
As an Alabamian, the thought of it enrages me, but it is Constitutional.
Cruz will seem like vanilla ice cream compared the flavor Moore would bring to the Senate.
I really don't think after weathering this smear campaign and getting elected, that he's ever going to have an impact on the Senate except in two ways:
He will be another vote for Trump's agenda more than likely.
And he will expose the crooks in DC and won't care what people think. He's a hard charger.
The Senate needs a hatchet man like Moore right now. Just like we needed Trump for the country. The Swamp is deep and slimy. Trump could use some help draining it.
They have a Plan B in place and floated it today. The GOP party officials in Alabama can withdraw their approval of Moore and even if elected the election would be Null and Void according to the Secretary of State.
