Seriously, we spent an entire day fixing a drainage issue that was explained to a “civil engineer” before he drew up a plan with CAD, and afterwards shown how the plan would fail.

Did it according to plans, it failed, spent 30 man hours and 20 equipment hours fixing it.

There is more than one definition of “Determined”.

The question can be read as “found out”. That is the way I expect most read it.

The question can also be read as “caused” many on this thread are interpreting it that way.

How many of those majors have the word “studies” in them vs. how many have the work “engineering” in them.
