They the city....sold 30 years bonds to finance it and are paying it off via various tax hits mostly via restaurants and lodging and car rentals
And they are very ahead of schedule
This has to stop... taxing commerce for a game and subsidizing the Team to play there
What you described is abuse of municipal bonds.
