It looks consistent except for the date and place, which were obviously added by someone else, presumably the yearbook owner at the time, but maybe not.
I don’t think the “love” and comma are original either.
The “M” in Merry is different from the “M” in Moore.
Look at the o’s in the message and contrast them with the supposed o in the signature’s first name: The o’s in the message end at the top, such that the end of the o goes straight off to the side from the top; however, the o in
“Roy” does not do that, but drops down to appear almost an a, so that instead of “Roy” the signature is “Ray.” Also, the cursive in the message itself is fluid, and flows rather than jumps like the signature.
