I’m ashamed that I used to support Ted Cruz.
Not anymore.

Ted Cruz, Mitt Romney and all of the no Trumpers knew that the alternative to a Donald Trump win was a Hillary Clinton president. It is not a surprise or shock that they are doing the same thing with Judge Moore. They are globalist, uni party politicians whatever they may call themselves. Ted Cruz is as conservative as the occasion calls for. All of this talk about alternative methods for taking out Moore or rigging another election proves that the GOPe is determined to have their way regardless of what the voters in Alabama want and that the replacement of Judge Moore will result in a democrat senator. Rino Lisa Murkoskie won her senate seat with a write in that involved heavy participation by democrats. She repays them by being helpful to them any way she can. Judge Moore should continue on and with the hell he has been put through he deserves to be elected and let the chips fall. Make all of the Republicans be exposed for what they really are and whose interest is really their concern. The damage now being done to the Republican party is self inflicted and at the rate they are exposing their attitude of disregard for their voters interests, they will destroy the party sooner than later. Which may exactly be their intention.

I think this is just Ted looking at things and then, figuring he better say something to please the constituency, he’s also playing follow the leader, he’s virtually among the last to pull their endorsement from Moore. This is like the Charlottesville riot, he ended up making a statement condemning white supremacy but it took quite a few days to finally get that out.

Ted Cruz claims he is a Christian. How does he rationalize breaking the Commandment Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness? I am sorry I ever voted for him! He has outed himself as a total hypocrite and Swamp Creature.

Wow, because I thought Cruz was part of the swamp busting team. I really don’t get this one. How on earth is any of it credible? And does Cruz even see the consequences. If the GOP buckles here they are screwed. Because the Democrats will then use this little trick again and again until they control every Senate seat.

Unless Cruz knows something we are not aware of i’ll be pulling my support for Ted Cruz.

If they're true then criminal prosecution is surely justified. And again,if true,he would be unqualified for office even if the statute of limitations prevents prosecution.
However,my gut *and* my intellect tell me that they are very probably false.

...without serious, persuasive demonstration that the charges are not true... I'm no Constitutional/legal scholar but I thought it was supposed to work in the exact opposite way.

I guess Cruz has never heard that people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. He has “history”.

These “ladies” waited till Moore was a sure to win and made allegations ? Polidiots already in office are trying to defund and destroy someone who hasn’t even been charged , prosecuted and found guilty . Pretty much collusion isn’t it ?? If indeed he’s found guilty later with his “day in court” then fine. Can’t a member of congress be impeached then. This is IMO all about the elite polidiots telling the voters who they can and can’t elect....... dangerous precedent.
My opinion as thus far the electoral branch is the rotten to the core..
