It could have been changed to that status PRIOR to the 2016 general election. Anyhow, I checked and she did not do a “provisional” or absentee vote in the November 2016 election. The Alabama site let me check that but I could find no way to check online to see if she voted at the polling place.

Needa public records request to the SoS for the voter roles for her county or precinct. See if she showed up and voted or not.

An easy catch if she lied.

The yearbook is also odd.

Yearbooks come out in April or May. This one was signed in December of 1977. Moore signed it as “D.A.” - formal if they had a presonal friendship.

The signature itself does seem to match his other signatures online.

Still seem to be in a he said / she said situation for an event 40 years ago.

I don’t think we can run with this as an absolute at this point that she did not vote for Trump. Although I think she should be pressed to elaborate on how the status change could have happened.

If she did a provisional ballot she would have had to to go to precinct to do that. I was a Voting Judge one year. You can do a provisional ballot but that doesn't mean it will counted. The precinct would sent that ballot along with all the others to the county and a decision would be made if it would be counted. Chances are it wasn't, most are not.
