They walked out together, so did she immediately go to his car, did they stand outside waiting for the boyfriend? She said it was cold, she could have gone back inside to wait for her ride. So here’s Moore who has been flirting with her and he now has a chance to make the move.......he gets her in the car and where does he take her? To the back of the restaurant knowing there are others still there and the boyfriend is on the way......now he forcibly attacks her so hard he bruises her neck and then shoves her out of the car leaving her on the concrete (at the back of the building) when she rejects him. She claims no one would believe her. She could have gone back into the restaurant, asked for help as she had physical evidence.
