I think I understood you to say yesterday, you had a similar experience. If so, did you report the crime? Did you wait for many years? Do you consider it reasonable for someone to make such allegations just a few days before the alleged perp is about to win an election?
Agree with you. Never told, never reported, didn’t want to get in trouble, didn’t want my parents to know and be hurt, wasn’t sure how bad it really was, etc. in college when I mentioned it, friends said it was no big deal, and the shrink there said I needed to go straight to the cops. My friends Pooh poohed that. I went with the friends.
I never spoke up until he was busted a few years ago molesting many young girls as young as Preschool age. Until I found out in the news that he was still molesting, I had hoped and prayed he had stopped way back when. He had daughters, and grand daughters. I regret I never said anything earlier, if I could have prevented other girls from being hurt. I must wear that guilt for life.
It is wrong to come out right before the election with this stuff. I agree. It is a political smear. And this last one, which I’ve now heard, is RIDICULOUS. What will girl #5 say, that Moore attacked her with knives and sold photos of her to child porn??? Each story has a careful raising of the bar to more extreme violent behavior.

I don’t think so. The feelings of guilt, shame, and fear are part of the damage done by perps. And it is very difficult for someone hurt this way to have that kind of courage. It usually takes a lot of work to find healing. Yes, you might have missed an opportunity to be heroic and stop a dangerous criminal sooner, but expecting yourself to do this is not reasonable.
You should not feel guilty for not being that hero. You did what you could when you could. And you gained insight. And eventually he faced justice.
Just be careful in this political scenario with Roy Moore. The most powerful, rich, and elite of the world are involved in organized crime involving child abuse. They know how to get away with their crimes. And they know how to manipulate and stir people up against innocent people.
When there are accusations of sexual assault, it is the natural instinct of normal, healthy people to have feelings of fight or flight. We have a desire to protect and comfort victims. We have a desire to bring righteous judgment on the wicked. But these psychopathic predators are skilled at manipulating these very sentiments in their favor.
Don’t believe for one second that a woman like Allred cares for children. She is at war with children. Same with Hillary. Same with all the Dems and RINOs. She has one daughter, Lisa Bloom, who is in the same shakedown racket. She helped attack Bill O’Reily but helped defend Harvey Weinstein. Notice a pattern here?
A number of years ago I was in a legal dispute with someone who was friends with a rich, powerful, dirty attorney. They met in the adult entertainment industry, and it turned out later he was a mob lawyer. He tried to invent similar accusations against me as what is happening to Moore, except it was just one person. But then he also tried to use that I had worked for a school district (it was in IT and I did not deal with students except for some tiny security issues) to claim I was seeking out children by taking a job with schools. The entire goal was simply to threaten to create a libelous public record that would show up whenever I applied for jobs, etc. There was no basis for this, and I was able to shut it down, but not without spending money on attorney fees.
This same attorney got caught up in an FBI sting on the crime family he worked for, and he is now disbarred and in federal prison. The crimes revolve around their stealing ownership of a mortgage company from the shareholders. Interestingly, one of the wiretap records in the public court documents for the case indicated that there were threats that if anyone double-crossed them, they would be tortured and their children would be turned into prostitutes.
So you can see how both of our experiences may shape how we see these accusations against Moore.
