Yeah, I wondered about that, too... did she ask him to sign the yearbook after he "almost raped her?"
This was rather glaring to me. First of all, there was nothing suggestive in his autograph of her yearbook. Secondly, she closed her pathetic victim statement by saying she kept it quiet because no one would believe her, well she had the yearbook then just as she does now and she could have used it as evidence at the time of the assualt, right? The next interesting thing is is that she stated she got in the car and only lived two and a half miles away. Instead of him going to the highway, he went to the back of the building, which did not alarm her because they could have gotten to her house without going to the highway. It should have alarmed her unless he already knew where she lived. The next thing about him assaulting her at the back of the restaurant, if that was his intent why didn’t he leave the premises and go someplace further away from the restaurant?
Nobody walks around with their yearbook in December! And they don’t take it to work with them so random people can sign it either. Lame!
