Who does Keurig think is buying their machines? It’s not the elite nor the cool hipsters. It’s middle America who thinks average coffee by the cup is a good idea. I have one and it was a gift from my mom so it stays. Plus my husband and kids ( who all think gas station coffee tastes good) like the convenience.

Exactly, that’s what I said on a similar thread. Liberals are not going to rush out and buy Kuerigs over this.

Your family sounds like me. I started drinking coffee because of free refills when I was in college.

For over 30 years, I drank coffee only at work, never at home. Cause it was free.

Two years ago, I had a change of position at work and began to work from home. I bought a single cup drip funnel type thing at REI. Last year, I went all out and bought a French press. Make a cup in the morning and I’m good to go.

When I’m on the road (few days a week) I buy a cup at the gas station.

I also drink it black. None of the fru-fru stuff for me.
