One of Washington's most prominent lobbying firms is on the verge of shuttering after becoming ensnared by special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation.
Kimberley Fritts, the chief executive of the Podesta Group, told employees during a Thursday staff meeting that the firm would cease to exist at the end of the year, according to two sources. Employees were asked to clear out their desks and were told they may not be paid beyond November 15, multiple sources said.

Hopefully, but there's no concrete proof those sealed documents are even indictments, much less directly related to Mueller.
The original rumor Podesta was going to be indicted was based on a tweet by former Trump campaign official. But I posted something yesterday that showed that same former Trump campain official is now tweeting that Podesta has been given immunity, instead. In all likelihood, to testify against Manafort since Manafort is the one that hired Podesta, not the other way around as was incorrectly reported at first as well.
I'd like to believe these claims the Clintons are about to go down any day, I just don't see any actual evidence of it.

What happens to the financial records of a company that goes out of business for non-financial reasons?

Maybe someone has been leaking and Podesta knows the hammer is dropping soon.
This is just to bury evidence. Mueller is getting scared he is going to get ousted and a real special prosecutor could be named.

You nailed it. There’s no justice for the left and the legal system is used as a weapon of mass destruction against the right.
The backstory on that would be interesting. On another post though, someone suggested that the replacement judge was just window dressing, and that there isn’t any real change.
The Podestas can run but they can’t hide...

They will be taken care of, to prevent them from talking. They will create a new shell company, with clean books. That’s all.

It's been sinking for a while, and reports are Podesta was been planning to leave for about six months already. The main reason Is because hard core Democrats are almost completely out of power right now, therefore hard core Democratic lobbyists don't have much of an audience.
After watching the Clintons for a quarter of a century, I suspect that you are right. The cynic in me tells me that, if anything, they are given a ‘heads up’. They will shut down, destroy every document, shred every hard drive they have. No indictments, they are just retiring and closing up shop. Destroying evidence doesn’t ever seem to apply to Democrats.

This development brings to mind the frequently repeated warning in Proverbs and prayers in the Psalms which request that the Pslamist’s enemies who set traps become entangled in their own devices. Here, sponsors and funders of the notorious “Trump Dossier” project and relentless floggers of the “Russia Collusion” narrative experience fatal blow back from the political land mine (the Mueller investigation) they set for Trump. Trump and his associates may be caught up in it too, but his enemies are also “cruising for a bruising.” May they all experience great success in chastising one another, which is a frequent pattern in history... sending one crowd of evildoers to devour another (See the book of Habakkuk for a memorable example from the history of Israel and the Middle East).
