I think Moore can’t sue because he’s a political candidate. If that’s true, then that needs to change. Slander is slander, someone running for office has a private life as well which certainly can be damaged. Look at Trump, I know for a fact his businesses have been losing a ton of money from all the bad publicity and lies, not to mention the damage to the guys rep. Where are these women who accused him of sexual assault a month before the election? Summer Zervos whose own cousin exposed her as a liar in which she then changed her charge that Trump sexually assaulted her to “he defamed me”. Well wait a minute here! You accused him of sexual assault and now you don’t! She clearly LIED! So why can’t he sue the effin’ piss out of her?
