Is it measured like, say, the pollen count? Maybe you could give a demonic activity report/forecast for the week?
Just as you can tell the weather outside by going outside and experiencing it, you can do the same with demonic activity.
Evil spirits tend to congregate around people who leave their doors open. People who experience fear, anger, guilt, jealousy... and also people who get drunk, use drugs,....... Discernment comes when you feel consciousness. When I walk into fear, the bottoms of my feet cramp. When a person is radiating God's Love it feels as though they are giving me a warm hug, even though they may be many feet or even miles from me.
Just as fear... opens the doors to evil which resonates at the same frequency of consciousness, God's Love flowing through His Son Jesus fills us so that fear nor evil can exist within us. Choose Light and you are protected from darkness.
Sin creates and obstacle to God's Love in us, which in turn casts a shadow and leaves an opening for satan.
Religion is the process of finding and removing the obstacles to Love that exist within us so that we too may be full of Jesus. This is why Jesus told us to go and resolve our conflicts before we come and worship.
