When I was in college at the U of Oregon I was in a fraternity, as such, I lived in a section of Eugene where there were many fraternity and sorority houses.

This was in the late 70’s to early 80’s so it was pretty wild at times.

Sandwiched in-between two fraternity houses was a half-way house.

I just can not to this day think of a worse placement for a half-way house on a Friday or Saturday night. These guys had to make curfew while LOUD wild parties were occurring on either side of them...

Prior to it being a half-way house it was used as the Delta House in the film Animal House so it’s likely you’ve seen a picture of it.
