I do believe the age of consent in Alabama to be 15, unless they changed it recently.

Bannon has been for Moore since the beginning. Which is why I’m convinced this is all McConnell’s doing. Smearing Moore is an attempt to smear Bannon as well. If Moore goes down then Bannon goes down too.
I think you’re right about McConnell’s larger intention. But it’s a yuge longshot. If Moore goes down hard, Bannon and Breitbart News might take a hit, but they’d recover quickly.
I have been a Republican and Conservative since age 21 and am now well into my eighties. I know what I’m talking about. You split the Republican Party and the socialists will roll over both like a steamroller, and that my friend is a fact. It is far better to change the Republican party away from the party of special interests into a strong conservative party. If you look carefully at all that is going on you will see our political enemies who are pushing this divide. Teach and preach conservative principles - President Trump is doing it.
They've accused Moore of propositioning under-aged girls. I can't think of a much worse crime to be accused of from a political career standpoint. If they succeed in bringing Moore down and planting a permanent pedophile label on him, then Bannon and Brietbart will always be known as the group that backed a child molester. That will wreck them as a candidate support organization. McConnell would love that.
As a Jewess on the US, I can only point out that the number of women who allegedly DATED, but had no sex with, Roy Moore is EXACTLY the same number who accused President Clinton of FORCIBLE RAPE, a FAR more serious offense. In Alabama girls could consent at 14, then changed to 16 around 2004? Obviously 12 prior to that. So the people making up story forgot about changes and dates, when deciding to say she was 14!
