Isn’t the very existence of the system an infringement on everyone’s rights?

ALL gun laws are unconstitutional. Every last person in jail for owning a gun is a political prisoner put there by enemies of the United states. The 2nd Amendment is crystal clear: “The RIGHT of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed” and by “arms” they do not mean those things connected to your hands. If selling crack to school children was a constitutional right, you would have a right to sell crack to school children. It-does-not-matter if you agree with it or not, it would be a RIGHT. If a person disagreed with that NOTHING is stopping them from moving to another country. We seem to live in a USA now where lawyers and politician bend, mold and infringe upon the constitution without any fear of resistance. Why? Because nobody tags these enemies of the constitution and brings them to task. Mass shootings are a DIRECT result of 2nd amendment unconstitutional infringement.
