There are too many gun laws on the books. There are lots of good ressons to have reasonable gun regulations to protect the common good of all law abiding citizens and no need to add more liberal gun law fantasies...
A known violent felon should be in jail (or better yet, dead), not giving you a phony justification for denying someone’s natural rights.

YES AND YES!! Why? BECAUSE IT IS A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT! Until that constitutional right is repealed or amended, EVERY US CITIZEN HAS A RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS!! Did you not read my whole post? If selling crack to school children was a constitutional right, you have a right to sell crack to school children.It does not matter whether you agree with it or not, it is a RIGHT. My point being is you CANNOT supersede the US constitution by local laws, you can’t otherwise you start getting these little totalitarian states sprouting up all over the country which is exactly what is happening in leftist areas all over the country.
