I’m sure Ds can ignore Muslim issues almost as much as they can avoid black issues. Just need a lot of rhetoric and they get the votes - no need to actually help a block of voters you own if they don’t think for themselves.
Moslems will vote for the totalitarian party on the theory that it is easier to take over a small total ruling class than a whole population.
